We take pride in offering a fun, competitive learning environment with the best coaching in the area for all kids. This year, we aim to offer football programs for athletes ages 5-13.

Mandatory practice begins on August 1, 2025. Teams will practice no more than 10 hours per week (and no more than 2.5 hours per day) until Labor Day Weekend.

After Labor Day Weekend teams will practice up to 6 hours per week (and no more than 2 hours per day).

Please note the 2025 Pop Warner Manual with the official rules has not been published as of March 3, 2025, so the above dates and requirements are subject to change.

Games are played on Saturdays.

The 2025 registration fee $400.

NRWF provides players a helmet, shoulder pads, and game day uniform.

A registration deposit of $150 (of your total $400) will be due at the time of registration. Initially, ALL PLAYERS WILL BE PUT ON THE WAITLIST. Once we determine the number of players and coaches and the number of teams at NRWF and throughout the CFF, we will lock in rosters quickly, and you will be notified when you have been assigned to a Bulldog team for 2025. If we do not have roster/team space, then the registration deposit will be refunded to you. If assigned to a team, your registration deposit will be non-refundable.

A player's age on July 31st of the current year is the player's age for the coming season.

2025 NRWF Athletics Cheer: SIDELINE CHEER TEAMS

Thank you for your interest in becoming part of the North Raleigh Wake Forest Bulldog family!

Please note any additional or extra financial commitments will be sent out as soon as possible.

Attendance is Required. Athletes will learn a Show Cheer routine and a Pom Dance routine. Practices will be held 2-3 times a week! Location will be provided at a later date. 

All teams will participate in the local cheer competition held in October. All teams in the league are eligible to participate in the regional competition to be held in November, but NRWF has criteria to determine if our squads will participate. Teams that qualify with a minimum score of 85 at local competitions and place (1st-3rd) at regionals could move on to Nationals, which will be held in December in Charlotte. Fundraising benchmarks must also be met before the regional competition. The final decision on whether or not a team advances to national competition is up to the NRWF Board. Our Competitive team will also attend YCADA approved competitions in the Spring!
